Simply incapacitating drones is not an option in many areas, as it could endanger people or property. With SecuriLocate Drone, Securiton offers a comprehensive solution with functions such as the detection, identification and localisation of remote-controlled drones and drones flying autonomously over waypoints. Security as a Service gives the customer the option of either renting or purchasing the localisation system. The SecuriLocate Drone detection system (mobile or permanently installed) detects drones and their remote controls through the high-frequency signals they use for communication outdoors (including in rain, fog or at night). The positioning of the drone and the pilot can be used to locate the people with the remote controls before the drones take off. Once the pilot is located, the security service or local police can demand them to land the drone, thus eliminating the danger.
